Online purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Once your order has been shipped, it is eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions for Exchanges or Store Credit

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Original tags must be attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and packaging, with tags attached. Worn soles are not accepted.

Include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please include a reason for your exchange request.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee may be applied if an item does not meet the above criteria or requires minor preparation (steaming, de-linting, etc.) before resale.
Note: Stock is limited. Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us in advance to confirm availability for alternate items.
Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Special orders and pre-orders follow the same policy as regular items.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to production agreements.

Exchanges or store credit may be offered for size changes while supplies last.

Lead times for pre-orders are estimates only; delays may occur that are beyond our control.
Shipping & Responsibility

Once a package is shipped and tracking is provided, Heritage Throttle is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

All orders are shipped in new condition.

If your package is lost, stolen, or held in customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the shipping agency.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
